This website was created in 2016 to document the football uniforms of the Jacksonville Jaguars football team. As a lifelong Jaguars fan, the choice was easy to make. This site is not meant to be a substitute to Gridiron Database, but rather an extension.
This site is a side project to the Auburn Uniform Database. While doing research on multiple Auburn athletic teams, I wanted to try something different and this was chosen. With Auburn football reaching over 100 years, and photographic evidence of the other sports being limited, I wanted to be able to do something a little different. Many sites, including the Gridiron Database, have done a great job documenting NFL uniforms, as well as those of the Jaguars. I wanted to do a more thorough job of documenting uniforms and minute details through the Jaguars' relatively short history.
